“The Roseate Edinburgh, in my opinion, distinguishes itself with a deeply personal approach to hospitality; the individually decorated rooms truly reflect a dedication to detail and local heritage. I'm particularly drawn to the hotel's culinary focus, where Scottish produce takes center stage. Ryrie's Bar, a historical tavern on-site, provides an authentic taste of Edinburgh's social life, rounding out the experience.”
